    Early Arrivals and Late Departures

    If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

    Payment and Cancellation Policy

    Summer (May – November)

    • For rooms, suites and private residences, a non refundable deposit of one night room and tax will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm, 30 days prior to arrival for no penalty to apply. Cancellations made within 30 days, forfeit total room charges and tax. Same applies for no-show

    Winter (December – April)

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining non-refundable balance due 45 days prior to arrival. All payments once processed are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Festive (December 18 – January 2)

    • Rooms, Four Seasons Executive Suites, and Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suites, two nights non-refundable deposit of room and tax will be taken at time of booking. Full prepayment of total room and tax will be taken 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Interconnecting Two Bedroom Suite, One Bedroom Premier Suites, Two Bedroom Mountain Suites, Presidential Suites, Two Bedroom & Den Townhouses and Private Residences, two nights non-refundable deposit of room and tax will be taken at time of booking. Full prepayment of room and tax will be taken 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

    Bedding

    The pull out sofa bed in the guest room is considered an extra bed and will be used as bedding for the additional person in the room. Rooms with pull out sofa beds cannot accommodate a roll away bed. Each room carries a maximum occupancy of adults and children per room. All guestrooms are able to accommodate one baby crib, for infants.

    Parking

    Overnight Valet parking charges have been established at $39.00 per car, per night plus 5% GST.

    Pets

    Pets are complimentary during your stay. Pet amenities included – bed, bottled water, food and water bowl.

    Extra Person

    $50 per Person per night.
